Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement 

The Oceanside Conservation Trust of Casco Bay is dedicated to the conservation of wild or undeveloped open space, scenic areas, and historic landmarks in the Casco Bay region. We welcome people of all backgrounds to access these resources in a low impact and respectful manner. 

Our conservation efforts are strengthened by the diverse experiences, perspectives, heritages and traditions of the residents and visitors in our communities. We respect this diversity just as we respect the lands that we strive to conserve. Within our leadership and membership, Oceanside Conservation Trust Board of Directors endeavors to build an inclusive organization that reflects the communities that we serve.  

 We believe that diverse perspectives help us to be more inclusive, equitable and effective in meeting our mission: to make positive, lasting contributions to our island communities and the environment.
